Training Camps & one-off sessions

Face-to-face training camps for whether you are looking to develop your fitness in the build-up to competing, or maintain fitness levels throughout the season or off-season, then a planned intense block of training to cater to your performance needs can be developed and delivered. One-off sessions are also provided, this can provide an insight into alternative training methods and help in preparation for major sporting events.

This is a combination of online/remote support through regular check-ins, personalised exercise plans, communication via whatsapp and resources. As well as when needed through physical coaching of exercises, drills and sport-specific training or competition days.
